基于低共熔溶剂预处理杜仲皮高效提取杜仲胶的研究

基于低共熔溶剂预处理杜仲皮高效提取杜仲胶的研究
Research on efficient extraction of Eucommia ulmoides gum by deep eutectic solvent pretreatment from Eucommia ulmoides bark
杜仲胶(EUG)由反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)组成,作为一种重要的生物基聚合物材料,在环境、农业、高分子材料改性和生物医学等领域获得了广泛应用。因此,开发出一种三元碱性低共熔溶剂(DES)协同表面活性剂高效预处理杜仲皮,再结合石油醚萃取高效提取EUG的工艺方法。获得了优化的预处理条件为固液比1∶12、时间4 h、温度80℃、10%吐温80(Tween-80)和萃取条件为温度80℃、时间2 h、固液比1∶10,EUG产率最高为66.0%。回收的DES循环使用5次,EUG的产率仍保持不变。分析测试表明该方法获得的EUG不仅提取率高且结构完整、性能良好等特点,研究结果为对EUG的高效提取利用提供了新的途径。
Eucommia gum (EUG) is composed of trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI).As an important biological material,it has been widely applied in fields such as the environment,agriculture,polymer material modification,and biomedicine.In this study,an efficient method was developed for the pretreatment of Eucommia ulmoides bark using a ternary alkaline deep eutectic solvent (DES) in combination with a surfactant,followed by petroleum ether extraction to obtain EUG.The optimal parameters for the pre-treatment solid-liquid ratio was 1∶12,the time was 4 hours,the temperature was 80℃,10 wt% Tween-80 was used,and the extraction conditions were temperature of 80℃,time of 2 hours,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10.The highest extraction yield of EUG was 66.0%.The recovered DES could be recycled five times without a significant decrease in EUG yield.The analysis and testing have shown that this new process has the advantages of high extraction yield of EUG,complete structure and good performances.The research results provide a new approach for the efficient extraction and utilization of EUG.
