不同萃取技术结合GC-MS分析卷烟加香料液的挥发性成分
Analysis of volatile components in cigarette flavoring liquid by different extraction techniques combined with GC-MS
卷烟加香工艺中香精香料挥发性成分的精准分析对产品质量调控与品质稳定性至关重要。以柳州卷烟厂真龙品牌典型卷烟加香料液为对象,系统对比并优化同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)、液液萃取(LLE)和顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)3种前处理方法对挥发性成分的提取效果,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行成分分析。研究发现,LLE经溶剂极性与工艺参数优化后,3种料液萃取效率均有所提升;SDE在2 h萃取时长下虽挥发性成分含量略低于1.5 h,但挥发性物质检出种类增加14.29%,更适用于特征风味成分的全面解析。综合比较显示,使用SDE方法料液检出112种成分,显著高于LLE与HS-SPME方法。以上结果表明,同时蒸馏萃取有助于高沸点组分的有效释放,在卷烟加香料液挥发性成分分析中具有显著优势。
Accurate analysis of volatile components of flavors and fragrances in cigarette flavoring process is very important for flavor regulation and quality stability of products.In this study,a typical cigarette flavoring liquid of Zhenlong brand in Liuzhou Cigarette Factory,was taken as the object,and the extraction effects of volatile components by three pretreatment methods,namely simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE),liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME),were systematically compared and optimized,and the components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).It was found that the extraction efficiency of LLE was improved after solvent polarity and process parameters were optimized.Although the content of volatile components in SDE was slightly lower than that in 1.5 h under the extraction time of 2 h,the detected types of volatile components increased by 14.29%,which was more suitable for the comprehensive analysis of characteristic flavor components.It showed that 112 components were detected in flavoring liquid by SDE method,which was significantly higher than that by LLE and HS-SPME methods.The above results show that the simultaneous distillation and extraction method is helpful to the effective release of high-boiling components and has obvious advantages in the analysis of volatile components in cigarette flavoring liquid.
