棉秆与聚乙烯的化学链共气化研究
Study on the chemical looping gasification of cotton stalks and polyethylene
Chemical looping gasification technology shows great potential in biomass and solid waste utilization.A two-stage fixed-bed reactor was employed to study the co-gasification of cotton stalks and polyethylene using nickel-loaded iron ore as the carrier.The effects of NiO loading,gasification temperature,oxygen carrier-to-fuel mass ratio,and steam addition on gas yield,composition,and tar content were investigated.Results indicate that at 5% NiO loading and 800℃,the total gas yield reaches 0.97 Nm3/kg.When the oxygen carrier-to-fuel mass ratio increases to 30 and steam flow rate rises to 0.03 g/min,the yield increases to 1.22 Nm3/kg,with H2 and CO constituting 39.66% and 32.07%,respectively.The oxygen carrier was progressively reduced to Fe3O4 and Fe-Ni.Steam reduced lattice oxygen utilization from 59.02% to 25.48%.
