催化柴油脱色制备高沸点芳烃溶剂研究
Research on decolorization of FCC diesel for preparation of high boiling point aromatic solvent
针对催化柴油(FCC柴油)芳烃含量高但硫氮杂质多、色度深的难题,利用闲置低压加氢装置,通过“加氢脱色-定向切割-组分调和”工艺制备高沸点芳烃溶剂。研究表明,在反应温度310℃、氢分压2.4 MPa、空速1.5 h-1条件下,全馏分加氢后切割215~290℃馏分(色度Pt-Co=89.6,芳烃含量87.2%),与C10+重芳烃(芳烃含量99.9%)按3∶1调和,可制得色度92、总芳烃96.5%的SA-2000型溶剂,关键指标符合GB/T 29497—2017标准。该工艺解决了催化柴油直接利用价值低的问题,为其高值化转化提供了技术支撑。
Fluid catalytic cracking diesel (FCC diesel) with a high content of aromatic hydrocarbons contains many sulfur/nitrogen-containing impurities,and has a deep color.Aiming to solve these problems,an integrated process involving “hydrogenation decolorization-fractional cutting-component blending” is developed to produce high boiling point aromatic solvent by using an idle low-pressure hydrotreating equipment.Study show that after FCC diesel is hydrotreated for full-range fractions under a reaction temperature of 310℃,a hydrogen partial pressure of 2.4 MPa,and a space velocity of 1.5 h-1,the 215-290℃ fraction (chromaticity Pt-Co=89.6,and an aromatic content of 87.2%) is cut and blended with C10+heavy aromatics (an aromatic content of 99.9%) at a ratio of 3∶1 to obtain SA-2000 type solvent with a chromaticity of 92 and a total aromatics content of 96.5%,which meets the requirements of GB/T 29497—2017.This process solves the problem that FCC diesel has a low direct utilization value,and provides a technical support for its high-value conversion.
