甲醇羰基化制乙酸中活性炭负载镧催化剂研究
Study on activated carbon-supported lanthanum catalysts for carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid
A series of activated carbon loaded lanthanum catalysts with different loading amount are prepared via equal-volume impregnation method,and characterized by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,BET,NH3-TPD,etc.The effects of these catalysts on the production of acetic acid from methanol and syngas are evaluated on a fixed bed.It is found that La disperses highly in activated carbon,and the pore structure and acidity of activated carbon change after loading lanthanum.Under the conditions that T=280℃,pressure is 5 MPa,LHSV=2 h-1,and v(CO)∶v(H2)=1∶2,the 5% La/AC presents the best catalytic activity,the conversion rate of methanol is 90.40%,the selectivity of acetic acid is 22.83%,and the selectivity of methyl acetate is 11.16%.The influences of temperature and pressure on the reaction are also explored,showcasing that the most suitable temperature and pressure are 260℃ and 5 MPa,respectively.
