气相色谱法测定聚磷酸酯阻燃剂EPPE中磷酸三乙酯的残留量
Determination of triethyl phosphate residue in polyphosphate ester flame retardant EPPE by gas chromatography
采用气相色谱法实现了聚磷酸酯阻燃剂EPPE中磷酸三乙酯残留量的直接测定。试样用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解,采用HP-5石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)分离、氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行检测。该方法磷酸三乙酯浓度在10.00~100.0 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.22%~1.67%之间,加标回收率在98.8%~103.7%范围内,检出限为0.0003%,能够满足EPPE中残留磷酸三乙酯含量的分析检测要求。
The direct determination of residual amount of triethyl phosphate (TEP) in EPPE,a polyphosphate ester flame retardant,is achieved by means of gas chromatography.The samples are dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide,separated by using an HP-5 quartz capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID).This method shows a good linear relationship for TEP concentration ranging from 10.00 μg/mL to 100.0 μg·mL-1,with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 8.The relative standard deviation (RSD) is between 0.22% and 1.67%,the recovery rate of spiked samples is between 98.8% and 103.7%,and the detection limit is 0.0003%.This method can meet the requirements for the analysis and detection of TEP residues in EPPE.
