载体形貌和Mn载量对Mn/CeO2催化剂的CO氧化性能的影响研究

载体形貌和Mn载量对Mn/CeO2催化剂的CO氧化性能的影响研究
Study on effects of support morphology and Mn loadings on performance of Mn/CeO2 catalysts for CO oxidation
采用水热法制备不同形貌(立方体、多面体和纳米棒)的CeO2载体,利用浸渍法制备了一系列的Mn/CeO2催化剂,并用于CO催化氧化。结果发现,采用CeO2纳米棒载体的催化剂活性最好,当Mn的负载量为8%(摩尔分数)时,Mn/CeO2催化剂的CO氧化活性最佳,这归功于Mn在CeO2纳米棒表面的均匀分布、CeO2纳米棒载体较大的比表面积以及Mn与Ce之间较强的相互作用;但是在水蒸气存在条件下催化剂活性出现显著下降,其稳定性有待进一步提高。
CeO2 supports with different morphology,such as cube,polyhedra and nanorod,are prepared via a hydrothermal method,and used to prepare a series of Mn/CeO2 catalysts for CO catalytic oxidation through an impregnation method.It is found that the catalyst using CeO2 nanorod as support shows high activity.Mn/CeO2 catalyst with a Mn loading of 8mol.% shows the best CO oxidation activity,which can be attributed to the uniform distribution of Mn on the surface of CeO2 nanorod,the high surface area of CeO2 nanorod support,and the strong interaction between Mn and Ce.However,the catalyst activity significantly decreases in the presence of water vapor,representing that the stability of the catalyst needs to be further improved.
