利用磷石膏矿化CO2制备高纯球霰石型碳酸钙的研究
Preparation of high-purity vaterite-type calcium carbonate by using phosphogypsum to mineralize CO2
Phosphogypsum,an industrial solid waste,is successfully utilized to extract calcium ions for mineralizing CO2 to synthesize high-purity vaterite-type calcium carbonate by using ammonium chloride as a phase transfer agent based on the salt effect theory.The results demonstrate that the optimal phase transfer conditions are as follows:c(NH4Cl)=3 mol·L-1,T=50℃,L/S=50∶1 and t=60 min,under which the leaching efficiency of calcium ions reaches to 67.02%.Besides,the optimal mineralization conditions are as follows:v(CO2)=100 mL·min-1,V(NH3·H2O)=10 mL,t=40 min and T=30℃,by which vaterite-type calcium carbonate accounts for a major share in the product,with a purity of 96.15%,and the particle sizes mainly distribute in the range of 10-15 μm.
