ICP-OES法测定铁系复合催化剂回收制备过程中9种金属元素
Determination of 9 metal elements in recovery process of iron-series composite catalysts by ICP-OES method
建立了一种电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铁系复合催化剂回收制备过程中几个重要金属元素Fe、Zn、In、Pb、Mn、Ca、Cr、Cu、Al含量的分析方法。考察了仪器RF功率、雾化器流速、观测高度对每个元素信噪比的影响,经过正交试验得出在1.2 kW的RF功率、0.8 L/min的雾化器流速、9 mm的观测高度下,一定范围内9种元素都具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999 9,各元素标准物质的测定结果与标准值差别较小,重复性RSD分别为0.30%、0.70%、0.90%、1.72%、0.39%、1.36%、1.25%、0.35%、0.43%,各元素加样回收率分别为101.8%、105.6%、101.5%、101.5%、98.4%、99.3%、101.2%、105.2%、107.3%。结果显示,该方法具有较高的稳定性和准确性,满足车间回收生产催化剂过程中样品的检测。
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method (ICP-OES) is developed for detecting the contents of several important metal elements such as Fe,Zn,In,Pb,Mn,Ca,Cr,Cu and Al in the recovery and preparation of iron-series composite catalysts.The influences of instrument RF power,atomizer flow rate and observation height on the SNR of each element are explored.It is concluded that under a RF power of 1.2 kW,an atomizer flow rate of 0.8 L/min and an observation height of 9 mm,these nine elements show a good linear relationship within a certain content range,and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.999 9.The measured results of standard reference materials for various elements show small deviations from the standard values,RSDs for 9 metal elements are 0.30%,0.70%,0.90%,1.72%,0.39%,1.36%,1.25%,0.35% and 0.43%,respectively,and the recovery rates are 101.8%,105.6%,101.5%,101.5%,98.4%,99.3%,101.2%,105.2%,107.3%,respectively.It is shown that this method has high stability and accuracy,and can meet the demand for sample detection in the catalysts recovery and production processes at workshop.
