层状Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO催化剂的制备及其偶联反应性能研究

层状Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO催化剂的制备及其偶联反应性能研究
Preparation of lamellar Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO catalyst and its application in coupling reaction
通过温和水热法制备得到片-片耦合的镍基水滑石-氧化石墨烯复合材料(NiAl-LDH-GO)。采用XRD、FT-IR、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征方法,研究了该复合材料的结构特征和形貌。以NiAl-LDH-GO复合材料为载体,通过控制焙烧温度,成功制备催化性能优异的片层状Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO催化剂。发现仅以水作为溶剂时,Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO在Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应中催化碘苯转化率高达99%,活性显著高于未经焙烧的Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO催化(71%),而且该催化剂还具备良好的稳定性和可回收性,在5次循环试验中,活性衰减率低于2%。
The sheet-by-sheet coupled nickel-based hydrotalcite-graphene oxide composite (NiAl-LDH-GO) is prepared via a mild hydrothermal method,and its structural characteristics and morphology are characterized by means of XRD,FT-IR,Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).Using the NiAl-LDH-GO composite as a support,a lamellar Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO catalyst with excellent catalytic performance is successfully prepared through controlling the calcination temperature.It is found that when water is used as the sole solvent,Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO catalyst delivers an iodobenzene conversion rate as high as 99% in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction,and its activity is significantly higher than that (71%) of the uncalcined Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO catalyst.The lamellar Pd/NiAl-LDH-GO catalyst also has good stability and recyclability,and its activity decay rate is less than 2% after five cycle tests.
