多孔全氟磺酸树脂催化合成双酚F
Synthesis of bisphenol F catalyzed by porous perfluorosulfonic acid resin
Porous perfluorosulfonic acid resin is prepared by using alumina as the pore-forming agent,and applied to the catalytic synthesis of bisphenol F (BPF).Porous perfluorosulfonic acid resin is characterized by means of IEC value,IR,TG,NH3-TPD,BET,and SEM.The influences of the molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage,and the reuse of the catalyst on the synthesis of BPF are investigated.In addition,the influence of the adding amount of water on regulating the isomers ratio is explored.The yield of BPF can reach 90.08%,and the proportions of 4,4'-BPF,2,4'-BPF and 2,2'-BPF in the products are 37∶53∶10 when the molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde is 15∶1,reaction temperature is 80℃,reaction time is 3 h,the dosage of catalyst is 3% of the total mass of phenol and formaldehyde,and the adding amount of water is 50% of the mass of phenol.
