基于生命周期评价的煤制甲醇生产过程分析
Analysis of coal-to-methanol production process based on life cycle assessment
以国内某煤制甲醇企业的生产过程为例,通过生命周期评价和软件计算的方法,分析整个过程中的主要污染环节和主要污染物。计算结果发现,产生1 t煤制甲醇,气态污染物排放总量约为3 937 kg,其中CO2占总排放量的98.71%,主要来源于工厂加工过程中煤炭燃烧时释放的CO2,占比56.48%。废水排放总量为9.97 t/t,工厂加工煤制甲醇过程是废水排放的主要阶段,占总排放量的82.7%。对污染物进行环境影响潜质分析,煤制甲醇过程对全球变暖的影响最大,对光化学臭氧合成和粉尘的影响次之。
Taking the production process of a coal-to-methanol company in China as an example,main pollution links and main pollutants in the whole process are analyzed through life cycle assessment (LCA) and software calculation.It is found through the calculation results that as one ton of methanol is produced from coal,about 3 937 kg of gaseous pollutants will be discharged in total,of which CO2 accounts for 98.71%.The emission of CO2 mainly comes from the coal combustion in the factory processing,accounting for 56.48%.Total discharge amount of wastewater is 9.97 ton per ton methanol.Coal processing to methanol is the main stage to discharge wastewater,accounting for 82.7% of the total wastewater discharge amount.The potential environmental impact of pollutants is analyzed,it is found that among the impacts brought by the coal-to-methanol process,its impact on global warming is the biggest,followed by its impacts on photochemical ozone synthesis and dust.
