Pt NPs/Ti3C2Tx改性玻碳电极灵敏检测一氧化氮
Pt NPs/Ti3C2Tx modified glassy carbon electrode for highly sensitive detection of nitric oxide
一氧化氮(NO)在许多生理过程中起着关键作用,灵敏检测其含量具有重要生物医学意义。采用滴涂Ti3C2Tx纳米片修饰于玻碳电极(GCE)表面,再电聚合铂纳米粒子(Pt NPs)后构筑了Pt NPs/Ti3C2Tx/GCE,并采用循环伏安法(CV)表征电极,差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)考察了NO在修饰电极上的电化学行为。Pt NPs/Ti3C2Tx显示了良好催化活性。进一步优化检测条件,在pH为7.4磷酸缓冲液中,+0.70 V电压下记录i-t曲线,氧化峰电流值与NO浓度在0.9~15.3 μmol/L范围内有较好线性关系,R2为0.994 1,该方法的检出限为0.012 μmol/L。
Nitric oxide (NO) is essential in many physiological processes,and the sensitive detection of NO holds great biomedical importance.Pt NPs/Ti3C2Tx/GCE,a composite modified glassy carbon electrode,is prepared via using drop coating and electropolymerization methods successively.The electrode is characterized by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV).The electrochemical behavior of nitric oxide on the electrode is studied by means of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV).Pt NPs /Ti3C2Tx/GCE shows a good catalytic activity.After optimizing the detection conditions,the amperometric current time curve is recorded at +0.70 V in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer.It is found that there is a good linearity relationship between the oxidation peak current and nitric oxide concentration in the range of 0.9-15.3 μmol/L.R2 is 0.994 1.The limit of detection for this method is 0.012 μmol/L.
