螯合剂-夹带剂协同超临界CO2萃取废催化剂中钴的研究

螯合剂-夹带剂协同超临界CO2萃取废催化剂中钴的研究
Chelating agent-entraining agent cooperated supercritical CO2 extraction of cobalt from spent catalysts
引入螯合-夹带溶剂体系协同超临界CO2萃取技术对金属钴进行了萃取-反萃研究。采用多因素萃取实验考察了温度、压力、萃取时长等因素对钴盐萃取率的影响,分别获取了最佳温度、压力与萃取时间为60℃、14 MPa以及30 min,最高单级萃取率可达95%以上。最后,借助反萃实验实现了目标金属钴的有效回收,反萃率为91%。该研究为二次资源中高附加值金属的回收提供了一定的数据支撑。
In this study,the chelating agent-entrapping agent system are employed to synergize with the supercritical CO2 extraction technique for the extraction and back-extraction of cobalt.Multi-factor extraction experiments are carried out to evaluate the impact of temperature,pressure and extraction time on the extractive efficiency of cobalt salts.It is determined that the optimal temperature,pressure,and extraction time are 60℃,14 MPa and 30 min,respectively.In this case,the highest single-stage extraction efficiency exceeds 95%.Moreover,the target metal cobalt is effectively recovered by the back-extraction experiment with a back-extraction rate of 91%.This study provides a certain reference for the recovery of high value-added metals from secondary resources.
