不同类型聚磺酰胺管式纳滤膜制备工艺研究
Preparation of different types of polysulfonamide tubular nanofiltration membrane
以聚醚砜(PES)管式超滤膜为基膜,以无水哌嗪(PIP)为水相单体,均苯三磺酰氯(TSC)和1,3,6-萘三磺酰氯(NTSC)为有机相单体,通过界面聚合制备了不同类型的聚磺酰胺管式纳滤膜。分别研究了单体及添加剂各组分的浓度、2种磺酰氯以不同比例混合、反应温度对复合纳滤膜性能的影响。通过FT-IR和SEM分别对复合纳滤膜进行物理、化学结构进行表征。结果表明,通过调整有机相单体的混合比例和反应条件,所得聚磺酰胺综合了2种单体的结构特点,制备出了更加多样的复合纳滤膜,具有更优的选择性和截留性能。
Taking polyether sulfone (PES) tubular ultrafiltration membrane as base membrane,anhydrous piperazine (PIP) as water phase monomer,pyrobenzenetrisulfonyl chloride (TSC) and 1,3,6-naphthalenetrisulfonyl chloride (NTSC) as organic phase monomers,different types of polysulfonamide (PSA) tubular nanofiltration membrane are prepared through interfacial polymerization.The influences of the concentration of monomers and additives,the mixing proportions of TSC and NTSC,and reaction temperature on the performance of the prepared PSA nanofiltration membrane are studied.The physical and chemical structures of PSA tubular nanofiltration membrane are characterized by means of FT-IR and SEM,respectively.It is shown that polysulfonamide prepared owns the structural characteristics of two organic monomers by adjusting the proportion of monomers in organic phase and the reaction conditions,and exhibits better selectivity and rejection performance.
