致密气地面集输系统中后期增压模拟与分析
Simulation and analysis of mid- and late-stage pressurization scheme for tight gas surface collection-transportation system
剖析了致密气集输系统中后期增压所面临的问题。首先根据增压位置的不同,分析了致密气集输系统中的6种增压工艺,并以致密气田某井区管网结构为例,通过TGNET仿真建模,反算各平台增压时机和执行间歇生产的最低压力,模拟了集输系统在不同生产时期和进站压力下,共20组增压方案的压缩机配置和运行情况,以及间歇生产阶段对压缩机运行参数的影响,为致密气地面集输系统中后期增压方案的确定提供研究思路。
The problems faced by the pressurization in the middle and late stages of tight gas collection-transportation system are expounded.Firstly,according to the different pressurization locations,six kinds of pressurization processes for tight gas collection-transportation system are analyzed.Taking the pipeline network structure of a certain well area in tight gas field as an example,the opportunities for pressurization at various platforms and the minimum pressure needed for executing intermittent production are back-calculated through TGNET simulation modeling.The configuration and operation situation of compressors for 20 groups of pressurization schemes in total are simulated for the collection-transportation system under different production periods and inlet pressure,and the influence of intermittent production stage on the operation parameters of compressors is also simulated.This study aims to provide research ideas for the determination of pressurization schemes in the middle and late stages of tight gas surface collection-transportation system.
