摘要
采用电沉积法在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中制得稳定且性能优异的催化剂CeOx-Ce(PO4)x-LaCoO3/Al2O3(记为Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3)。对Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3及在纯水中电化学沉积制得的CeOx-LaCoO3/Al2O3的形貌、晶型和比表面积等进行表征,结合电化学中电极析氧和电阻抗测试以及三维荧光光谱图进行催化剂性能测试,结果表明,在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中制备得到的催化剂Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3表现出优异的催化性能且具有更强的氧化性和稳定性。在同等条件下,对比加入Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3与CeOx-LaCoO3/Al2O3进行臭氧催化降解焦化尾水实验,结果表明,Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3对废水的化学需氧量去除率达到81%,比CeOx-LaCoO3/Al2O3提高了11%,且最佳投药量为1.0 g/L。
Abstract
In order to effectively degrade biochemical tail water of coking wastewater,CeOx-Ce(PO4)x-LaCoO3/Al2O3 (recorded as Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3),a stable and excellent catalyst,is prepared via electrodeposition in phosphate buffer solution.Both Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 and CeOx-LaCoO3/Al2O3 that is prepared by electrochemical deposition in pure water are characterized in terms of morphology,crystal type and specific surface area,and their catalyst performance is tested in combination with electrochemical electrode oxygen evolution and electrical impedance tests,as well as three-dimensional fluorescence spectra.The results show that Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 prepared in phosphate buffer solution has excellent catalytic performance,stronger oxidation and better stability.Under the same conditions,the ozone catalytic degradation of coking tail water by Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 and CeOx-LaCoO3/Al2O3 is compared.It is found that the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand in wastewater by Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 reaches 81%,11% higher than that by CeOx-LaCoO3/Al2O3.The optimal dosage of Ce-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 is 1.0 g·L-1.
