摘要
在3.0 Mt/a FCC装置中添加脱硝助燃剂来进一步实现烟气超洁净排放目标和SCR模块安全运行指标,从而降低再生烟气NOx排放量和减少SCR模块喷氨用量。工业应用结果表明,该装置再生系统停用CO助燃剂、开始加注脱硝助燃剂后,稀相温度平稳未升高,同时当脱硝助燃剂占系统藏量质量分数的2.5%后,再生烟气中NOx浓度和SCR脱硝单元喷氨用量大幅下降,效果较为明显。
Abstract
Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has decided to add a DeNOx combustion promoter in its 3.0 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit to achieve the goals of ultra-clean emission of flue gas and ensure the safe operation of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) module,thereby reducing the NOx emissions in the regenerated flue gas and minimizing the ammonia consumption in the SCR module.Industrial application results show that after the FCC unit's regeneration system stops using CO combustion promoter and starts injecting the DeNOx combustion promoter,the dense-phase temperature remains stable without any increase.Additionally,both the concentration of NOx in the regenerated flue gas and the ammonia consumption in the SCR DeNOx unit decrease significantly when the mass fraction of DeNOx combustion promoter reaches 2.5% of the system's inventory,demonstrating noticeable effectiveness.
