摘要
采用乙酸乙酯(EA)和异丁醇(IBA)作为绿色混合反溶剂。调节EA与IBA的混合比例,通过控制前驱体溶液的成核速率来控制晶体的成长,最终制备成表面形貌良好、大颗粒且无针孔型钙钛矿薄膜,为制备绿色环保型钙钛矿太阳能电池提供新方法。
Abstract
Ethyl acetate (EA) and isobutanol (IBA) is used as green mixed antisolvent.Through adjusting the mixing ratio of EA and IBA,the growth of crystalline is controlled by controlling the nucleation rate of precursor solution,and finally the perovskite thin films with good surface morphology and large particles but without pinholes are prepared,which provides a new method for the preparation of green and environmentally friendly perovskite solar cells.
