摘要
片状丝光沸石合成中大多采用季铵盐阳离子为结构导向剂,不利于反应物及产物在分子筛内的传质。通过向合成体系中引入N,N,N-三甲基-1,1-金刚烷基氢氧化铵(TMAda+)和六亚甲基亚胺(HMI),研究了纳米颗粒堆积型以及纳米片状丝光沸石的形貌调控方法。结果表明,TMAda+可以与HMI协同诱导纳米片状丝光沸石的形成,降低分子筛内部的传质阻力,提高苯和甲醇烷基化的转化率和甲苯选择性。
Abstract
At present,quaternary ammonium cation is often used as structure directing agent in the synthesis of nanosheet mordenite,which is not conducive to the mass transfer of reactants and products in molecular sieves.By adding N,N,N-trimethyl-1,1-adamantane-ammonium hydroxide (TMAda+) and hexamethyleneimine (HMI) into the synthesis system,the morphology control methods for nanoparticle stacking mordenite and nano-sheets mordenite are studied.It is revealed that TMAda+ together with HMI can synergistically induce the formation of mordenite nanosheets,which can reduce the mass transfer resistance inside molecular sieves,therefore improve the conversion in the alkylation reaction of benzene and methanol,and enhance toluene selectivity.
