摘要

为改善碳纸电极的溶解氧氧还原性能,以官能团化碳纸为载体,通过浸渍焙烧工艺制备负载型CuO/碳纸电极。采用XRD、SEM、EDS等分析手段确认CuO以球形颗粒附着在碳纸纤维表面。通过循环伏安测试(CV)、功率曲线、恒流放电曲线等方式评价电极的溶解氧氧还原催化活性。结果表明,负载的CuO能显著提高碳纸对溶解氧的电催化氧还原活性与稳定性,1 cm2 CuO/碳纸电极在氧气饱和模拟海水中和13 mA电流下可以达到12.35 mW的最大放电功率。

Abstract

To improve the performance of carbon paper in dissolved oxygen reduction,functionalized carbon paper is used as a carrier to prepare CuO/carbon paper electrodes through impregnation roasting process.It is confirmed through X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy that CuO adheres to the surface of carbon paper fibers as spherical particles.The catalytic activity of the electrode for dissolved oxygen reduction is evaluated through cyclic voltammetry,power curve,and constant current discharge curve.It is shown that the loaded CuO can significantly improve the stability of carbon paper and its activity in electrocatalytic oxygen reduction for dissolved oxygen.CuO/carbon paper electrode with an area of 1 cm2 can achieve a maximum discharge power of 12.35 mW in oxygen saturated simulated seawater at a current of 13 mA.
