摘要

将煤液化残渣与聚合因子混合,在一定温度和压力下制备聚合物,并将其高温炭化成冶金焦;研究不同聚合因子、温度、停留时间、添加量和灰分对聚合物缩聚率和真密度的影响。结果表明,糠醛因含有醛基和呋喃环官能团而表现出最佳诱导缩聚效果,温度对煤液化残渣缩聚影响最大,氢氟酸脱除煤液化残渣灰分所制炭化物真密度和硫含量分别为2.63 g/cm3和0.72%,远远超出工业冶金焦标准,其表面结构呈现"岩石"状,所含碳微晶结构也趋于排列规整,石墨化程度提高。

Abstract

The polymer is prepared by mixing coal liquefaction residue with polymerization factor at a certain temperature and pressure,and carbonized at high temperature to metallurgical cokes.The effects of different polymerization factors,temperature,residence time,addition amount and ash content on polymer condensation rate and true density are systematically studied.The results show that furfural has the best induced polycondensation because it contains an aldehyde group and a furan ring functional group,and the temperature has the greatest effect on the polycondensation of coal liquefaction residue.The true density and sulfur content of carbides,which are produced through using hydrofluoric acid to remove ash from coal liquefaction residue,are 2.63 g·cm-3 and 0.72%,respectively,far exceeding the standard of industrial metallurgical coke.The surface structure of carbides is 'rock’,its microcrystalline structure also tends to be arranged orderly and its graphitization degree is higher.
