摘要
聚脲具有优异的防水性、防腐性以及耐磨性等,广泛应用于建筑、交通、化工、电子等领域。采用预聚法合成了异氰酸酯,并确定了最佳反应温度为85℃、最佳反应时间为3 h。在氨基化合物的制备过程中,探究了不同胺类扩链剂用量对聚脲凝胶时间的影响。将异氰酸酯、氨基化合物混合后制备出聚脲材料,并利用红外光谱、热重和浸润性测试对其进行表征分析。结果表明,成功合成了具有优异耐热稳定性和疏水性的聚脲材料。
Abstract
Polyurea has excellent water resistance,corrosion resistance and wear resistance,and is widely used in construction,transportation,chemical industry,electronics and other fields.Isocyanate is synthesized via pre-polymerization method,and it is determined that the optimum reaction temperature is 85℃ and the optimum reaction time is 3 h.During the preparation of amino compounds,the effects of different amine chain extenders on the gel time of polyurea are investigated.Polyurea material is prepared by mixing isocyanate and amino compounds,and characterized by means of infrared spectrum,thermogravimetric and wettability test.It is indicated that polyurea material with excellent heat stability and hydrophobicity is successfully synthesized.
