摘要
采用溶剂热法,以1,3,5-三(4-氨基苯基)苯和对苯二甲醛为单体,通过席夫碱缩合反应制备得到一种结晶度高、稳定性好的介孔荧光共价有机骨架(LCOF),并将其应用于有机溶剂中水含量的分析。结果表明,所制备的LCOF的荧光发射波长与紫外吸收波长均同溶剂极性呈一定的线性关系,且在较宽的浓度范围(1%~50%)内,荧光猝灭率随水含量的增加呈现良好的线性关系(R2>0.98),检出限为0.25%~1.04%。该荧光探针对溶剂中水的特异性荧光响应扩大了LCOF的应用范围,有一定的实用价值。
Abstract
A mesoporous fluorescent covalent organic framework (LCOF) with high crystallinity and good stability is prepared by solvothermal method with 1,3,5-tri(4-aminophenyl) benzene and terephthalaldehyde as monomers through Schiff base condensation reaction,and applied to the detection of water content in organic solvents.The results show that the fluorescence emission wavelength and UV absorption wavelength of the prepared LCOF have a certain linear relationship with the solvent polarity.In a wide concentration range (1%-50%),the fluorescence quenching rate shows a good linear relationship with the increase of water content (R2>0.98),and the detection limit is 0.25%-1.04%.This fluorescence probe shows specific fluorescence response to water in solvent,which expands the application range of LCOF and represents certain practical value.
