摘要
针对焦化行业干熄焦烟气特点对比了焦化行业烟气脱硫脱硝常用工艺,包含湿法脱硫、干法脱硫及脱硝工艺。同时针对干熄焦烟气的引入,介绍了干熄焦烟气及焦炉烟道气脱硫脱硝的处理工艺。从建设费用、运营费用等方面进行了干熄焦烟气治理工艺的对比,并得到优选工艺。
Abstract
Common flue gas desulfurization and denitration processes in the coking industry are compared according to the characteristics of coke dry quenching (CDQ) flue gas,including wet desulfurization,dry desulfurization and denitration processes.The desulfurization and denitrification processes for CDQ flue gas and coke oven flue gas are introduced.From the aspects of construction cost and operation cost,the treatment processes for CDQ flue gas are compared,and the optimal process is determined.
