摘要
针对企业采用重质高含蜡原料生产低浊点润滑油基础油的技术需求,采用一维短轴纳米分子筛和分子筛酸性调控技术开发了低浊点润滑油异构脱蜡催化剂。该催化剂具有良好的异构选择性、降凝活性和稳定性。工业应用结果表明,以石蜡基减四线糠醛精制油为原料,可以生产黏度指数大于130、浊点小于-5℃的10cSt Ⅲ类基础油,10cSt基础油收率大于65%,为低浊点重质基础油的生产提供了借鉴。
Abstract
In response to the technical needs of enterprises to produce low cloud point lube base oils using high waxy heavy feedstocks,PetroChina Petrochemical Research Institute adopts one-dimensional short-axis nano molecular sieves and molecular sieve acid control technologies to develop a catalyst for isomerization dewaxing to produce low cloud point lube oil.The developed catalyst has good isomerization selectivity,activity and stability.Its commercial application results show that taking furfural-refined vacuum gas oil (VGO-4) of paraffin-based crude oil as feedstock,the 10cSt III base oil with viscosity index greater than 130 and cloud point less than -5℃ can be produced with a yield above 65%.It provides a reference for the production of heavy base oil with low cloud point.
