摘要
以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)与聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)的预聚物为A组分,PTMG、聚醚多元醇(330N)、端氨基聚醚(D2000)和二乙基甲苯二胺(DETDA)的混合物为B组分,制备了双组分聚氨酯(脲)修补胶。考察了异氰酸酯指数(R值)对凝胶时间、表干时间、力学性能、耐磨性能、耐水性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,随着R值的增大,修补胶凝胶时间和表干时间逐渐缩短,磨耗体积逐渐减小,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、剪切强度和起始热分解温度(Ti)先增加后减小;当R值为1.15时,修补胶综合性能最佳,此时拉伸强度为16.7 MPa,撕裂强度为57.1 kN/m,剪切强度为2.77 MPa,Ti为267℃。
Abstract
Poly(urethane-urea) patching adhesives are prepared with a prepolymer of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTMG) as component A,and the mixture of PTMG,polyether polyol (330N),amino terminated polyether (D2000) and diethyltoluene diamine (DETDA) as component B.The effects of isocyanate index (R value) on gel time,tack-free time,mechanical property,wear resistance,water resistance and heat resistance are studied.The results indicate that the higher R value shortens the gel time and tack-free time,decreases the wear volume gradually,while makes tensile strength,tear strength,shear strength and initial thermal decomposition temperature (Ti) increase firstly and decrease lately.As R value is 1.15,the patching adhesives show the best comprehensive performance,correspondingly with a tensile strength of 16.7 MPa,a tear strength of 57.1 kN·m-1,a shear strength of 2.77 MPa and a Ti of 267℃.
