摘要
以菌丝球为模板制备了二氧化钛中空纤维,得到的样品复制了菌丝球模板的外观和内部结构。所得的TiO2颗粒平均直径为2~3 mm,内部中空纤维直径约为600~900 nm。通过TGA、SEM、EDX、XRD等对样品进行表征,并通过紫外光下罗丹明B的降解来评估不同煅烧温度下样品的光催化性能。结果表明,煅烧温度为600℃的样品可获得最佳的光催化性能,在 120 min 内10 mg/L罗丹明B的降解率可达99.5%。
Abstract
TiO2 hollow fiber is prepared by using mycelial pellet as framework template.The samples replicate the appearance and internal structure of the mycelial pellet template after calcination.The average diameter of the obtained TiO2 particles is 2-3 mm,and the diameter of hollow fiber inside is about 600-900 nm.The samples are characterized by means of TGA,SEM,EDX,XRD and other characterization equipment.Photocatalytic performance of the samples prepared under different calcination temperatures is evaluated through investigating the degradation of rhodamine B under UV light.Experimental results show that TiO2 hollow fiber samples prepared at a calcining temperature of 600℃ exhibits the best photocatalytic performance,leading to a decolorization rate of 99.5% in 120 minutes.
