摘要
为了提高气-固相催化氧化2-甲基萘反应中目标产物2-萘甲醛的收率,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件并研究了其反应动力学。结果表明,对于优选的掺杂1%镓的钒钛基(1GVT)催化剂,在反应温度为380℃、空速为13 000 h-1、进料流量为4.75×10-4 mol/h的最佳工艺条件下,2-萘甲醛收率为35.08%,且催化剂活性在连续反应180 h后仍然保持稳定。
Abstract
In order to improve the yield of the target product 2-naphthaldehyde in the gas-solid phase catalytic oxidation of 2-methyl naphthalene,the optimum reaction conditions are determined according to the preferred catalyst,and the reaction kinetics is studied.For the preferred vanadium-titanium based (1GVT) catalyst doped with 1% gallium,the effects of reaction temperature,space velocity and feed flow rate on the reaction are investigated by single factor experiment in a fixed bed reactor.The results show that the yield of 2-naphthaldehyde reaches 35.08% under the optimum conditions that the reaction temperature is 380℃,the space velocity is 13 000 h-1 and the feed flow rate is 4.75×10-4 mol·h-1.The catalyst remains stable activity after it has served for 180 h of continuous reaction.
