摘要
为满足GB 17820—2018《天然气》和GB/T 37124—2018《进入天然气长输管道的气体质量要求》中总硫含量的要求,通过分析净化厂原料气及产品气组分并结合净化装置实际运行情况,指出脱除羰基硫是产品气总硫含量达标的解决方法。比对了羰基硫水解和分子筛脱硫工艺方案,确定采用更符合净化厂现状的羰基硫水解工艺方案。羰基硫水解模拟计算结果及催化剂性能探究表明,增设羰基硫水解工艺可实现产品气中总硫含量小于20 mg/m3。在净化装置生产运行中,产品气总硫含量低于12 mg/m3,LS-05天然气有机硫水解催化剂对羰基硫水解率大于99%。
Abstract
Through analyzing the components of feed gas and product gas,and combining with the actual operation of the purification unit,it is determined that removing carbonyl sulfur is the solution for product natural gas to meet the total sulfur content standard of product natural gas in GB 17820—2018 Natural Gas and GB/T 37124—2018 Gas Quality Requirements for Entering Natural Gas Long Distance Pipeline.The carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis process and the molecular sieve desulfurization process are compared,and it is finally determined that the carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis process scheme is more in line with current situation of the purification plant.The results from carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis simulation calculation and catalyst performance investigation show that the addition of carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis process can help to make total sulfur content in product gas less than 10 mg·m-3.During the operation of the purification unit,total sulfur content in product gas is stable below 12 mg·m-3,and the rate of carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis by catalyst LS-05 exceeds 99%.
