摘要

以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、季铵盐为模板剂,掺杂Ba金属阳离子并采用一锅法制备了介孔二氧化硅负载磷钨酸(HPMo/SiO2)催化剂。将该催化剂用于模拟汽油氧化脱硫,考察了磷钨酸负载量、反应时间和煅烧温度等因素对催化剂结构和催化氧化脱硫性能的影响;同时对制备的催化剂进行了FT-IR、XRD、BET、SEM表征。结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的多金属氧酸盐离子液体分散性,可以有效去除含硫化合物。在Ba基催化剂质量为0.1 g、氧硫体积比为10∶1、反应时间为40 min、反应温度为50℃的条件下,脱硫效果最好,达到96%。

Abstract

Mesoporous silica supported phosphotungstic acid (HPMo/SiO2) catalyst is prepared by one-pot method with tetraethoxysilane as silicon source,quaternary ammonium salt as template and Ba cation as doping agent.The effects of phosphotungstic acid loading amount,reaction time and calcination temperature on the structure and catalytic oxidative desulfurization performance of the catalyst are investigated through applying the catalyst in oxidative desulfurization of simulated gasoline.The prepared catalyst is characterized by means of FT-IR,XRD,BET and SEM.Results show that the catalyst has good dispersibility of polyoxometalate ionic liquid and can effectively remove sulfur compounds.The desulfurization effect reaches the best with a removal rate of 96% when the dosage of the Ba-based catalyst is 0.1 g,the volumetric ration of oxygen-sulfur is 10∶1,reaction time is 40 min and reaction temperature is 50℃.
