摘要

为了应对能源需求结构的变化,开发了原油直接裂解制化学品技术(COTOC)。采用双提升管催化裂化技术,2根提升管分别加工原油的轻、重馏分,同时回炼催化轻汽油和C4烯烃,达到最大化生产低碳烯烃和芳烃的目的。中试试验结果表明,对于石蜡基和中间基原油,所开发的催化剂具有较高的活性和低碳烯烃选择性,低碳烯烃和芳烃产率可达到50%以上。将该技术与配套的芳烃抽提工艺和低碳烷烃脱氢工艺相结合,化学品产率可达到70%以上。

Abstract

To cope with the change of layout of energy demand,a direct crude oil cracking for producing chemicals technology is developed.The technology employs a dual-riser catalytic cracking technology,which processes light and heavy fractions of crude oil respectively.Meanwhile,catalytic light gasoline and C4 olefins are recycled to maximize the production of light olefins and aromatics.The pilot test results show that the developed catalyst has high activity and high selectivity for light olefins as it is used to process paraffin-based or intermediate-base crude oil,and the yields of light olefins and aromatics can exceed 50 w%.The yield of chemicals can exceed 70w% when this technology is used together with aromatics extraction process and light alkane dehydrogenation process.
