摘要

采用Aspen Energy Analyzer对某石化公司170万t/a催化汽油加氢装置进行换热网络分析,运用夹点技术对装置换热网络进行节能潜力分析,明确了该装置公用工程消耗的运行值及目标值,通过分析找出换热网络不合理的换热匹配,针对装置现行换热网络存在的热量回收不完全、公用工程节能效果较差的问题,提出了一套换热网络优化方案。优化后的换热网络节约冷公用工程6 860 kW、热公用工程6 860 kW,优化后冷公用工程消耗降低15.92%、热公用工程消耗降低20.41%。

Abstract

Aspen Energy Analyzer software is used to analyze the heat exchange network of 1.7 million tons/year catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit.Pinch point technology is utilized to analyze the energy saving potential of heat exchange network of the unit,therefore the operating value and target value of the consumption of public works of the unit are determined.Through analysis,the unreasonable heat exchange network matching is found out.In the light of the problems existed in the current heat exchange network of the unit,such as incomplete heat recovery and poor energy saving effect of utilities,a set of heat exchange network optimization scheme is proposed.The optimized heat exchange network saves 6,860 kW of cold utility and 6,860 kW of hot utility.After the optimization,the consumption of cold and hot utilities drops by 15.92% and 20.41%,respectively.
