摘要
为减少农业生产中传统农药大量使用对环境的危害,采用W1/O/W2复乳化-溶剂挥发法制备了聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)载噻嗪酮(BPF)微球。以载药量、包封率为评价指标,采用正交设计法对微球制备工艺进行优化,并对微球进行了表征,研究了其体外释药机理与室内生物活性。结果表明,最佳制备工艺下制备的微球分散性良好、热稳定性较好、粒径分布均匀,平均粒径为1.04 μm,载药量和包封率分别为(25.01±0.28)%、(56.26±0.63)%。该微球具有良好的缓释效果,随着作用时间延长,其对目标生物的活性作用得到提高。
Abstract
In order to reduce the harm to the environment caused by the large-scale use of traditional pesticides in agriculture,polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) supported buprofezin (BPF) microspheres are prepared via W1/O/W2 double emulsification-solvent volatilization method.The preparation process is optimized by orthogonal design method with drug loading amount (DL) and encapsulation efficiency (EE) as evaluation indexes.The prepared microspheres are characterized,and the in vitro release mechanism and indoor bioactivity are also studied.Results show that the microspheres prepared under the optimum conditions shows good dispersion,good thermal stability and uniform particle size distribution with an average particle size of 1.04 μm.Their DL is (25.01±0.28)% and EE is (56.26±0.63)%.Furthermore,these microspheres exhibits good sustained-release effect,and their activity to the target organisms improves with the longing action time.
