摘要
以50万t/a煤焦油加氢配套的荒煤气制氢(1.0×105 m3/h)项目为研究目标,对变压吸附的原理进行了简要探讨,同时初步分析了造成荒煤气制氢中变压吸附氢回收率低的原因,并结合实际给出了一定的解决措施,使得变压吸附制氢装置能够高效、稳定、经济运行,同时变压吸附氢气回收率由原始运行的90.0%~92.3%提高到95%左右。
Abstract
The 100 thousand cubic meter per hour hydrogen production project with raw coke oven gas as feedstock,which is supported by a certain 500 000 tons per year coal tar hydrogenation plant,is taken as study object.The principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is discussed,and the causes for low recovery rate of hydrogen in hydrogen production from raw coke oven gas via PSA are preliminarily analyzed.Certain corresponding solutions are given,ensuring the PSA unit to run efficiently,stably and economically,and improving the recovery rate of hydrogen from 90%-92.3% to around 95%.
