摘要
以城市污水处理厂脱水污泥为原料制备污泥生物炭并利用污泥炭活化过硫酸钠降解水中的萘,考察了不同温度(500、700、900℃)条件下热解制备的污泥炭(SDC-5、SDC-7、SDC-9)活化过硫酸钠对降解水中萘的性能与效果。利用SEM、N2吸附-脱附和FT-IR对材料进行表征。结果表明,随着制备温度的升高,生物炭的比表面积逐渐减小,基团丰富度不断下降。在pH为6、萘质量浓度为8 mg/L、SDC-9质量浓度为0.4 g/L、过硫酸钠浓度为8 mmol/L时,对萘的去除率可以达到83%。自由基抑制实验结果表明,在酸性条件下,SO-4·起主要作用;在碱性条件下,·OH起主要作用。
Abstract
The dewatered sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant is used as raw material to prepare sludge-based biochar that is used to activate sodium persulfate for degrading naphthalene in water.The performance of sludge biochar (SDC-5,SDC-7,SDC-9),which are prepared by pyrolysis at different temperature (500℃,700℃,900℃) for activating sodium persulfate to degrade naphthalene in water,is investigated.The sludge-based biochar is characterized by SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption and FT-IR.The results show that with the increase of preparation temperature,the specific surface area of biochar decreases gradually,and the group richness decreases continuously.The degradation rate of naphthalene can reach 83% when pH is 6,the mass concentration of naphthalene is 8 mg·L-1,the mass concentration of SDC-9 is 0.4 g·L-1,and the concentration of sodium persulfate is 8 mmol·L-1.In addition,the results from free radical inhibition experiments show that SO-4· plays a major role under acidic conditions,while ·OH plays a major role under alkaline conditions.
