摘要
为了探究纳米Ca (OH)2强化污泥电渗透干化的可行性,在常温条件下采用液相沉淀法制备Ca(OH)2,并将制备得到的球型纳米颗粒Ca (OH)2用于强化城市污泥的电渗透干化。结果表明,在分散剂的用量为8 mL、表面活性剂质量为0.2 g、搅拌时间为30 min、NaOH用量为60 mL、滴加速率为4.6~5 mL/min时,纳米Ca(OH)2的纯度可达到94.02%。制得的纳米Ca(OH)2为结晶度完整的球型和椭球型颗粒,并对污泥电渗透干化具有良好的强化作用,当通电电压为40 V、纳米Ca(OH)2质量分数为20 mg/g DS时,电渗透干化污泥的含水率可降至57.69%。
Abstract
In order to explore the feasibility of nano-Ca(OH)2 in strengthening the electroosmotic drying of municipal sludge,Ca(OH)2 is prepared through liquid phase precipitation method at room temperature.The spherical nano-Ca(OH)2 prepared is used to strengthen the electroosmotic drying of municipal sludge.It is shown that the purity of nano-Ca(OH)2 can reach 94.02% when the dosage of dispersant is 8 mL,the dosage of surfactant is 0.2 g,the stirring time is 30 min,the dosage of NaOH is 60 mL,and the dropping rate is 4.6-5 mL·min-1.The obtained nano-Ca(OH)2 is spherical and ellipsoidal particles with complete crystallinity,and has a good strengthening effect on electroosmotic drying of sludge.The moisture content of sludge can be reduced to 57.69% after electroosmotic drying when the voltage is 40 V and the mass fraction of nano-Ca(OH)2 is 20 mg·g-1 DS.
