摘要
以木质纤维素(LNC)、蒙脱土(MMT)为原料,采用插层-聚合法制备木质纤维素/蒙脱土纳米复合材料(LNC/MMT)。利用SEM、EDS、XRD与FT-IR对LNC/MMT进行表征。结果表明,LNC中—OH、C—O、C—O—C键与MMT中—COOH、Si—O、Al—O键发生络合反应,MMT晶体结构遭到破坏,形成了插层-剥离型LNC/MMT。在处理温度为40℃、处理时间为6 h、处理剂质量为0.1 g时,LNC/MMT处理味精废水(MSGW)时对SS、COD及NH3-N的去除量达到最大,分别为199.460、112 905、25 829 mg/L。
Abstract
Lignocellulose/montmorillonite (LNC/MMT) composites are prepared by intercalation-polymerization method with lignocellulose (LNC) and montmorillonite (MMT) as feedstocks,and are characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and FT-IR.It is shown that -OH,C-O,C-O-C bonds in LNC are complexed with -COOH,Si-O,Al-O bonds in MMT,and the crystal structure of MMT has been destroyed to form LNC/MMT.The removal amount of SS,COD and NH3-N reach the maximum,which are 199.460,112 905 and 25 829 mg·L-1,respectively when the treatment temperature is 40℃,treatment time is 6 h,and LNC/MMT dosage is 0.1 g.
