摘要
通过自组装法制备磁性纳米复合材料金磁微粒(Fe3O4@Au),对其进行表征,并优化Fe3O4@Au模拟酶检测谷胱甘肽的体系,确定检测限、回收率和抗干扰性。研究结果表明,最佳催化体系为:H2O2浓度50 mmol/L,催化温度60℃,反应时间为4 min。谷胱甘肽浓度在0.01~0.5 mmol/L时,吸光度差值与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程y=1.157 5x+0.272 8,线性相关系数R2为0.990 7,最低检测限度为0.3 μmol/L,样品回收率分别为91.92%和110.31%,选择性良好。
Abstract
Fe3O4@Au nanocomposite is prepared by self-assembling method and characterized.Fe3O4@Au mimetic enzyme system for detecting glutathione is optimized to determine the detection limit,recovery and anti-interference.The optimum detection conditions are obtained as follows:H2O2 concentration is 50 mmol·L-1,catalytic temperature is at 60℃,and reaction time is 4 min.Under the optimized conditions,a good linear relationship is shown between the absorbance difference and the concentration of glutathione in the range of 0.01-0.5 mmol·L-1,and the equation is y=1.157 5x+0.272 8 (R2=0.990 7).The lowest detection limit is 0.3 μmol·L-1.The recoveries ranges from 91.92% and 110.31%.
