摘要

采用真空分解的方法将辉钼矿直接分解生产金属钼粉,同时在真空条件下使分解的硫磺蒸气在液态条件下进行收集得到工业硫磺。通过工业试验,单炉分解辉钼矿可达到500 kg,金属钼粉质量分数可以达到98.92%,金属含硫质量分数为0.04%。辉钼矿的真空分解工艺是一种无污染的冶金新工艺,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract

Molybdenite is directly decomposed into molybdenum powder by means of vacuum decomposition,meanwhile industrial-grade sulfur is also obtained by collecting the decomposed sulfur vapor in liquid state under vacuum conditions.It is presented through industrial test that 500 kg of molybdenite can be decomposed within a single furnace,molybdenum powder has a purity of 98.92% and contains 0.04% of sulfur.The vacuum decomposition technology for molybdenite is a new pollution-free metallurgical process with a good application prospect.
