摘要
为解决炼厂生产2-PH(2-丙基庚醇)的主流生产工艺原料(醚后C4)中烷烃比例较高、烷烃无法直接参与反应的问题,研究了使用N-甲酰吗啉与甲乙酮混合溶剂对炼厂醚后C4进行丁烯提浓的技术方案,并基于Aspen Plus软件进行了模拟分析,为在大型炼厂中建设2-PH装置提供参考。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the proportion of alkanes in post MTBE C4 feedstock is relatively high,and alkanes cannot directly participate in the reaction in the main production process of 2-propyl-1-heptanol (2-PH) adopted by the refinery,the technical scheme that increase butene concentration in post MTBE C4 feedstock in refinery by using mixed solvent of N-formyl morpholine and methyl ethyl ketone is studied.Simulation analysis is performed based on Aspen Plus software,aiming to provide reference for the construction of 2-PH unit in large refinery.
