摘要
在隔膜电化学反应器中,通过成对电解同时获得阳极活性氯溶液和阴极H2O2溶液,实现了对烟气中NOx的两级氧化脱除。通过实验验证成对电解所构建的两级氧化的脱除效果,并对影响装置NOx脱除率的各种因素进行了研究。结果表明,成对电解能够高效脱除烟气中的NOx;在阴极空气流量为1 L/min、电流密度为1.5 mA/cm2、烟气NO质量浓度为1 000 mg/m3、烟气流量为0.5 L/min的条件下运行60 min,获得了对NOx 95.6%的脱除率。
Abstract
Anode electrolyte containing active chlorine and cathode electrolyte containing H2O2 are simultaneously obtained by paired electrolysis in a divided electrolytic cell,by which a two-stage oxidation process for removing NOx in flue gas are constructed.Experiments are carried out to verify the enhancement effect of two-stage oxidation removal of NOx by the paired electrolysis.Factors that affect NOx removal efficiency of the device are discussed.The results show that the paired electrolysis can efficiently remove NOx from flue gas.The removal efficiency of NOx can reach 95.6% in 60 min when the flow rate of air at cathode is 1 L·min-1,current density is 1.5 mA·cm-2,NO concentration in flue gas is 1 000 mg·m-3,and the flow rate of flue gas is 0.5 L·min-1.
