摘要

为将聚烯烃催化剂制备过程中回收的含醇四氢呋喃进行提纯、循环使用,探究了脱醇吸附-间歇精馏的工艺路径,通过小试实验和工业化装置改造,验证了脱醇吸附-间歇精馏工艺路径的可操作性,可将含醇四氢呋喃提纯至99.99%,并将醇全部去除,达到了四氢呋喃循环使用的目的,保证了产品质量稳定性,并有效降低了生产成本。

Abstract

In order to purify and recycle alcohol-containing tetrahydrofuran recovered during the preparation of the catalyst for polyolefins, the alcohol-removing adsorption-batch distillation process path is explored.The operability of the process path is verified through lab experiment and the renovation of industrial unit.The obtained tetrahydrofuran has a purity of 99.99%, without containing any alcohols and achieving the purpose of recycling tetrahydrofuran, which ensures the stability of catalyst product quality and reduces the cost effectively.
