摘要
研究了氯化胆碱-乙酸组成的低共熔溶剂在提取槲树叶中黄酮类物质的应用。考察了氯化胆碱-乙酸体系的摩尔比、含水质量分数、提取温度、提取时间、液固比对黄酮类物质芦丁提取量的影响;在单因素的基础上进行了响应面分析。得到最佳的实验条件:n(氯化胆碱):n(乙酸)=1:3、含水质量分数为30%、提取温度为61℃、液固比为51 mL/g、提取时间为85 min,此时,芦丁平均提取量为58.79 mg/g。
Abstract
The application of choline chloride-acetic acid eutectic solvent in the extraction of flavonoids from quercus leaves is studied.The effects of the composition ratio of choline chloride-acetic acid system, water content, extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction amount of rutin are evaluated.Response surface analysis is carried out on the basis of single factor.The optimum conditions are determined as follows:the molar ratio of choline chloride to acetic acid is 1:3, water content is 30%(W/W), extraction temperature is at 61℃, the liquid-solid ratio is 51 mL·g-1, and extraction lasts for 85 min.Under the optimal conditions, the average extraction amount of rutin reaches 58.79 mg·g-1.
