摘要
为提供绿色、可重复利用的破乳剂,降低破乳剂对环境的副作用,采用溶剂热合成法制备磁性碳纳米球,对其进行破乳测试及回收性能研究,并通过XRD、FT-IR和SEM等对其形貌、结构等进行表征。结果表明,磁性碳纳米球颗粒均匀、分散性良好,Fe3O4与碳纳米球复合成功。破乳实验结果表明,当破乳温度为65℃、破乳剂质量分数为600 μg/g、沉降时间为90 min时,破乳效果较好,在此条件下破乳效率可达93.31%。在8次循环回收实验中,前4次的破乳效率稳定在90%以上,证明破乳剂有良好的磁性和回收性能。
Abstract
In order to provide a green, reusable demulsifying agent and reduce the impact of demulsifying agent on the environment, magnetic carbon nanospheres are prepared through the solvothermal method, and their demulsifying and recovery performances are tested and evaluated.The magnetic carbon nanospheres are characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM.SEM results show that magnetic carbon nanospheres have uniform particles and good dispersibility.Analysis by FT-IR and XRD shows that Fe3O4 has been successfully combined with carbon nanospheres.Demulsification experiment shows that the best demulsification efficiency is realized with an demulsifying rate of 93.31% when the demulsifying temperature is at 65℃, the concentration of demulsifying agent is 600 ppm, and the time is 90 min.Among 8 cycles of recycling experiments, the demulsification efficiency of first 4 cycles exceeds 90%, representing a good recovery performance.
