摘要

为提高D301树脂对镓的吸附性能,在D301树脂表面接枝丙烯腈单体并对其进行偕胺肟转化制得功能材料D301-g-PAO。探讨了制备条件对接枝率的影响,并研究了D301-g-PAO对Ga (Ⅲ)的吸附性能。结果表明,在45℃、丙烯腈用量为16 mL、过硫酸铵单体质量分数为2%、反应16 h时,接枝率达到最大为19.77%,D301-g-PAO对镓的吸附量为383.3 mg/g。

Abstract

In order to improve the adsorption performance of D301 resin to gallium, acrylonitrile monomer is grafted onto the surface of D301 resin and converted by amidoxime to prepare functional material D301-g-PAO.The influence of preparation conditions on the grafting rate is discussed, and the adsorption performance of D301-g-PAO to Ga(Ⅲ) is also studied.It is shown that the grafting rate can reach the maximum value 19.77%, and the adsorption capacity of D301-g-PAO to Ga(Ⅲ) can reach 383.3 mg·g-1 when the reaction lasts for 16 h, reaction temperature is at 45℃, the dosage of acrylonitrile is 16 mL, and the mass fraction of ammonium persulfate is 2%.
