摘要

完美石墨烯不具有氧还原活性,掺杂石墨烯是产生氧吸附活性位、提高氧还原活性的关键。以石墨为原料,通过改进的hummers氧化还原方法得到氧化石墨烯(GO)溶液;以卟啉铁为Fe、N源,进一步制备出高氧还原催化活性的Fe、N掺杂石墨烯。结果发现,随着卟啉铁与石墨烯质量比的增加,其活性先增大后减小,当石墨烯与卟啉铁质量比为1∶4时,具有较高的催化活性。结果表明,合适的掺杂质量比有利于形成更多Fe3C活性位点,得到较大的比表面积,从而获得高活性的掺杂石墨烯。

Abstract

Perfect graphene does not exhibit any activity for oxygen reduction,and the doping element is the key to help graphene to generate active sites for oxygen adsorption.Graphite is used as raw material,graphene oxide (GO) solution is obtained via the modified hummers method.Furthermore,Fe/N doped graphene with a high activity in oxygen reduction reaction is prepared by using ferroporphyrin as the source of Fe and N.The results show that with the increasing ratio of ferroporphyrin to graphene,the activity of Fe/N doped graphene increases at first and decreases then.As the mass ratio of graphene to ferroporphyrin is 1∶4,the Fe/N doped graphene presents the highest catalytic activity.It is shown that a suitable doping ratio is beneficial to the formation of more Fe3C active sites and a larger specific surface area,thereby the doped graphene with high activity can be obtained.
