摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)无纺布为主体材料,利用UV辐照接枝聚合在PP无纺布表层引入第1层活性基羧基,然后通过静电自组装技术再向其引入第2层活性基芳香胺基,最后通过芳香胺基的叠氮法对明胶分子进行偶联固定,制备出对单宁具有吸附作用的新型吸附材料。通过对各步反应中间产物和吸附前后吸附材料的傅里叶变换红外光谱与扫描电镜分析,对吸附材料进行表征,最终在PP无纺布上实现各步改性反应与活性分子组装,也证实了该吸附材料对单宁具有较好的吸附能力。
Abstract
Taking polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric as main material,the first layer of active carboxyl groups is grafted onto the surface of PP non-woven fabric through UV radiation graft polymerization,and then the second layer of active aromatic groups is grafted through electrostatic self-assembly technology.Amine group is finally coupled and fixed to gelatin molecule through azide method of aromatic amine group to prepare a new type of adsorption material that can adsorb tannin.The adsorption material is characterized through analyzing the intermediate product of each step reaction and the adsorption material before and after adsorption by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis.It is finally confirmed that the modification reaction and the assembly of active molecules on PP non-woven fabric are achieved,and the adsorption material has a good adsorption capacity to tannin.
