摘要
为实现芳烃抽提装置运行提供优化指导,基于云计算技术,集成流程模拟软件,建立芳烃抽提智能优化系统。将自主开发的芳烃抽提物料相平衡数据包与流程模拟软件相结合,为智能优化系统提供精确过程模型。模型计算结果与生产实际比较吻合,可在装置负荷率为设计值的60%~120%、原料芳烃质量分数为设计值的80%~110%范围内,预测出获得高纯度、高收率混合芳烃产品的主要操作参数,优化芳烃抽提装置的操作。
Abstract
An intelligent optimization system is established for optimizing the aromatics extraction process,based on the cloud computing technology integrating with process simulation software applications.The self-developed phase-equilibrium data package for aromatics extraction process is combined with process simulation software to provide an accurate process model for the intelligent optimization simulation system.Calculation results by the model are consistent with actual production,and it can be used to predict and optimize the operating parameters for high purity and high yield of aromatic products with the plant load ranging from 60%-120% and the mass fraction of aromatics in the feed ranging from 80%-110%.
