摘要
利用自制的生物滴滤塔反应器在实验室模拟处理养殖场臭气中的氨气,考察了反应器操作条件对脱氮微生物降解效果的影响,分析了稳定运行期间不同的操作条件下氨氮转化率、亚硝酸盐氮和硝酸盐氮生成率随时间的变化规律。结果表明,在进口氨气质量浓度为200 mg/m3、温度为25℃、营养液pH为7.02、空速为0.2 m3/h、营养液喷淋量为60 mL/min的条件下,氨氮转化率最高能达到86.73%,硝酸盐生成率最高能达到87.09%;经过10d的闲置期后,该反应器可快速恢复状态,有很强的自我调节能力。
Abstract
A self-made bio-trickling filter (BTF) in lab is used to simulate the treatment of NH3 in odorous gases of livestock farms to investigate the effect of reactor operational conditions on the degradation of NH3 by denitrification microorganisms,and the conversion rates of NH3-N,and production rates of NO2-N and NO3-N changing with time under different operating conditions are analyzed in stable operation stage.Experimental results show that the highest conversion rate of NH3-N can be stabilized above 86.73% and the highest production rate of nitrates can reach about 87.09% as the inlet NH3 concentration is 200 mg·m-3,the temperature remains at 25℃,pH of the nutrient solution is 7.02,space velocity is 0.2 m3·h-1,and the nutrient solution spray rate is 60 mL·min-1.After an idle period of 10 days,the reactor can quickly return to its original state,showing a strong self-regulating ability.
